Hi, it must have been asked loads of times but I'm looking at an import LM3. Whats the easiest and genuine way to convert to MPH on the standard veglia speedo.
Thanks for looking
G
I started with nothing and now that's all gone

Change the dial. You might be able to find a sticker to go on the glass.

I had a sticker on my grey import Honda 40o and TBH it looked pretty amateurish. I'd look for a used replacement dial or complete instrument.

You can buy ( off Internet )   a small mini gear box that you plug onto the back of the instrument and re plug the cable into it.
The speedo reads the correct speed relative to the kph dial.
Eg 30kph is 30mph etc etc
I had one fitted to a ducati st2.
Worked well

I have a T3 with an MPH speedo, and I need a KPH speedo. Wonder if it would be a straight swap....?

If they both read equivalent speed at a fixed point, say 12 o'clock the they will work. I put an mph face on the T5 it reads 70 mph at 12 which is approx 110kmh and it is pretty accurate against a sat nav
