I've just watched 'Mikes machines' video on you-tube and realised, as normal, I've done it all wrong. Yes I can disconnect the tank electrics and then turn the engine over to get rid of the pressure in the pipe.

Thanks for advice. As I do my jobs on the bike I anticipate more questions!!

Do you think pulling out the tank electrics will do the same thing?

Best to release the fuel pressure, if Breva is same as V7 11 pull out the fuel pump fuse turn engine over with starter and that will release fuel pressure on the quick release connector I think.

I've looked it up on the interweb, but I can't get the 'quick-release' fuel connector off the tank.

I know you have to push back on the grey coller but mine won't budge. Any tips?
