Hi All My side stand switch has started to play up, bike cuts out when put into gear, What is the best way to permenantly bypass it? And will it still pass an MOT? Cheers

Follow the wire up under the tank and you will find a connector, cut it off and solder the 2 wires together and then remove the switch and cable, it will be fine for the MOT

these switches are an irritant  I found a squirt of wd40 or switch cleaner kept it working, the clutch cut out switch is similar trouble it is a real small micro switch ..... the other "sensor" that is worth checking, nipping up and using switch cleaner on it , get at that from under the starter
