Having just come back to Guzzi after 37 years I seem to remember just using 10/40 mineral oil in the Guzzi and the old BM at the time but reading the oil section something must have passed me by.
Help! is it 10/40 or 20/50 and mineral, semi or fully synthetic? Please make it easy for my tired old brain. Cheers G

G people are Opie oils give them the bike they recommend oils ....to be fair older big blocks were recommended 20/50 for years but modern oils give better options ...the only Guzzi I am aware that needs specific High quality fully synth oil is the EV 1100 Hydraulic valve bike ....

I've got some Silkolene Classic 20/50 so that should do the job nicely.

Sorry, it's the last run of the Mk5 Leman #82/100 but still just a basic 5 built 1994.
I don't have the hand book but the early 5's had 10/40 spec as standard I was sure but that Might have been my old 80 reg V50 Monza. Cheers
