Yeah – mine pivots at the same point as this
one; but has an even longer toe part, and short heel part. The heel shift is
therefore quite a shove. I might try and make something up with the pivot point
further forwards, I’ve managed to gather some splined linkages that I can work
with. My boards mount on a bracket system that sits on the lower frame rails across
the bottom of the motor and actually only bolt up at a couple of points. I have various bikes with left and right shifts and opposing patterns, plus one hand shifter that offers both a hand and foot clutch on the LH side. So I’m kind of mostly OK. |

Dredging up this old post in hopes of finding the footboard brake shaft, part no. 13675440 - the one with the 12 mm splines. Simmoto: do you still have that one? Or does anyone else have one?
