No Johnno, I kept it for simplicity's sake. As long as the splitter and the cables are well greased, which they are, I thought it wouldn't matter.

How are you going to end them on the twist grip? A double barrelled jobbie? Or 2 into 1 cable then onto a single twist grip connection? Sim.
