Does anybody in the uk have a way of contacting moto guzzi uk? The online form doesn't work and there doesn't appear to be a phone number. Cheers.

Technically there is no such company as Moto Guzzi UK. All supply of bikes and aftermarket care come direct from Italy.

There is a Piaggio office in Bromley who do marketing for Guzzi in the UK. They do also have a technical department but they do not get involved in warranty issues.

Address: Linden House, 153-155, Masons Hill, Bromley BR2 9HY
Phone: 020 8290 8800
Website: piaggio.co.uk

The French do love their paperwork.
Do you know the supplying dealer details?

Presumably you will also need a certificate of homologation?

Can the supplying dealer not confirm VAT payment? They should keep records.

Just for information. I had occasion to contact Moto Guzzi this week. I did this through the Moto Guzzi Clan Site. I was quite impressed with the service. They not only have a direct Chat-to-Chat service in English but also the availability of sending an email for out of hours queries.

They also email you a copy of any conversation you have had.

You will need to register with the site to get a customer I.D. Once done, they will have all your details assuming your frame number is registered.

You will need to scroll to the bottom of the page to select the language of your country.

Here is the url and unless they change it you click on Contact and the sort of speech bubble in red.

A little update on the above. If you do need to contact them via Live Chat you may have to wait a few minutes for a reply - weekdays only.

Using the same system. If you send them an email it takes between 2 - 3 days for a reply.
