Hi all,
the travel blog of my recent trip to Cornwall (with the BMW) is out. The first day is here From there you can obviously click your way to the other days (nine in total). The one or other will hopefully enjoy the reading. If you don't enjoy it, it was not for lack of effort on my part... O

AAhhh the Cornish weather. Even in high summer, you can have gorgeous sun on the south coast, and fog on the north. Or visa-versa. In April the forecasters are just guessing. I love West Penwith, the bit beyond Penzance (except the tourist trap at Lands End). Never done it on the bike, but I've walked all over it while lighting plays at the stunning Minnack Theatre. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Many years ago a mate and me on a camping tour trekked all the way from Axminster to Lands End for a day trip, with roads being resurfaced along the way, and when we got there couldn't see naff all for thick fog.
