dug out the ev today ready to tax her , on a we test run I find the rear brake pedal not returning to the top position gave everything a scoosh of silicon spray and worked the pedal. Bit better but not great. Lack of use or something else any ideas.
Cheers Harry

Usually the pivot point follow pedal back to the pivot and bush they get damp in them and get sticky, often happens to gearshift side too, whilst spray will work way better to take off clean with some wet n dry then grease it mate

Can't remember on the EV, not looked BUT on the V1000 similar in many ways there is a spring on the Footbrake arm just behind the side panel that assists the return, took the EV to work so can't go look but will let you know tonight ......98% of the time it is the pivots or where the pins go thro into the linkage, never had a mast cyl seize up have had a calliper get sticky, replaced the parts with Teflon ones
