Apologies people, the curse of the smart phone strikes again. I see it more clearly now so I do.
What I also now see is that you could really do with a pair of heavy duty crash bar spoilers.
Luckily for you I still have a few pairs . Powder coated ( of course ) in black, so they are.
Undrilled as crash bar lugs vary a little ( of course)
£25 Inc p&p for UK delivery. PM me.

Cheers
Min

Then the Cali police will have him for incorrect fitments as well as the outrageous shade of black he's used. he may have to sell his Sport to pay the fine(s) It could spell disaster for the cleanest set of bikes in the south west

LOLLOL.  Actually I soon removed the steering damper as it was one of those cheap non adjustable (standard) types which made the bike want to go straight on.  Don't seem to have any stability issues without it.

I thought the spoilers were only fitted to the Convert and G5 as a token effort to try and keep the front wheel planted when faced with the the massive power uplift of the 950cc engine.
I've got a steering damper fitted to one of my loop-frames and I'd dearly like to remove it but I'm worried that I might find out why the original owner fitted it in the first place

Spada had a damper I think because of the largish handlebar mounted fairing and screen, which might make it wobble about. When I got mine (2nd hand) the damper was missing, and it didn't wobble. Question

Weaving, OTOH, that was a whole other can of worms ...

As a straight gloss black paint RAL 9005 black is a good deep pure black and is the default on most oem usage by motor manufacturers. This can be supplied as satin or Matt, or to any specific gloss level.
Just a point on powder coating, powder coating is a genric term so like all paint types there are many different qualities of powder, from cheap black and shinny to top end base and clear polyesters where durability is much better.
Mediocre paint in my opinion is better than mediocre powder, if prepped correctly durability of the surface film to the substrate is much better.
Alan.

Ditto - same problem here with black, even though a paint expert here tried to match it with their colour chart.

Do you think that black is the same as other models of the same year?
Look on this list.
