I've not yet tried this outfit, but if like me you are into adding farkles or building a project then this lot make anything and one offs or low quantity is not an issue.

As an example I just put in one 40 mm diameter /10 mm centre, 3mm thickness stainless steel washer to see what it would cost.
Answer, a very reasonable £3.
(I know you can buy a washer much cheaper than that, but to have something made bespoke, it's very reasonable. Many companies won't make single items!)

I've had a couple of prices from them. One for a battery tray for the bike (which I'm not sure I'll use yet) and one for a speedo bracket as I'm planing on using an all in one speedo/tacho/lights (although it has no oil pressure light hence the extra hole).

I sent them the DWG file yesterday and had the price back today. Price (in 4mm ali) was 17.50, but plus VAT and postage makes it £30.

I'm waiting for a price from a local company before saying yes.

The drawing needs tweaking as I think the fold line is too close to the edge of the speedo

Regards

Wyn

Thanks for the expert opinion Phil.

The front of the speedo / tacho is less than 4mm wider than the main body and protrudes by only 5mm so I think I'd be ok but will tweak the fold line to be on the safe side.

More to do with the folding, the hole radius will be "dragged" into fold

Hopefully this will improve things. Two warning lights above the fold.
