The reviews for the new V100 Mandello are looking good. Looking forward to seeing one in the flesh and hopefully a road test |

Sorry to say that it really reminds me of my R1250GS, the mirrors look identical.
I do like the eagle front light though. Looking forward to a test ride.

I have sold my V85TT (It was on PCP and was going back in May 2023) and had decided to just stick with my Convert and Ambassador. I also have a Honda NC750X DCT a much maligned bike by those who have never tried one! I must say that I am quite taken by this bike and would love a test ride, although sensible me says stick to what you've got. I never have been sensible where bikes are concerned.

+1 for the Honda NC750X, though in my case a manual one. Would that modern M-Gs were as trouble-free and dependable. As for the V100 I am wary of being a pioneer, though it does look gorgeous and I do wonder whether, reading the reviews, it’s more Aprilia than M-G in feel - I’d be interested to know the relative inputs of these two parts of the Piaggio group, especially as M-G has zero experience of liquid cooling (AFAIK). Definitely worth a test ride though…

And another one. I have my fingers crossed it is reliable as well.

So it might be more like an Aprilia than a Guzzi….

It has a horizontally opposed V twin engine and shaft drive, it looks good how can it be more Piagio? Moto Guzzi had to take a big step forward and have come up with a lovely looking bike. If I was ten years younger I would give one a go.

Ditto, if I was rich (and had a big garage) I'd be biting their hand off. The V100 is the closest I've seen yet to my fantasy Guzzi (which was always more like the early Honda Pan European, but still) |

Have Piaggio been paying lots of advertising money recently. Not that I am cynical you understand.

Hmmm. Transverse ohc v-twin with liquid cooling and shaft drive. I have a feeling Honda did that in the seventies😀 I like the look of the V100 and could buy one but I shall wait and see what real riders and owners think after a year or so rather than testers. It certainly looks lovely.
