Well here I am again after much work to get on road!! After more than more money spent on it than its worth!!! And then. Of to get petrol ,just crushing along 120 kms per hr!! Bang!!!! Not a back fire !! It slide down to 60 km then down to dead, was able to get home, but a very sick bike!! Don't think it blow rings or such ,not blowing smoke or such, push rod forked or blew valves?? I can get it go well,and it idles but if go ride it can't push it hard at all!! Left head almost can feel it shudder ,???? Any ideas?? 5000 dollars may just blew up!!!

Sorry to hear it Darren, if it starts and runs then maybe nothing internal has bust, but if it lacks power it's possible that the timing has retarded somehow.
More knowledgeable advice will no doubt follow, non illigitimi carborundum.

If it`s not smoking then maybe it will not be such a catastrophe but if it did go `bang` then it`s likely below the piston ie. little or big end etc. All guess work really but I would start with a compression check on both cylinders both hot and cold if possible before contemplating an engine strip down as good readings will confirm that valves and piston crown are still intact.
