Took the G5 downtown this morning and rode 10 of the bridges across the Thames starting South across Tower Bridge, North over London then South over Southwark followed by Blackfriars, Waterloo, Westminster Lambeth, Vauxhall, Battersea and Chelsea.

Did you try Mother Hubbard's fish n chips? Went there for the first time last month, excellent and the bread and butter pudding was just like mum used to make.

Was out on my Breva in Scarborough yesterday, had a nice ride over to a Robin Hood’s Bay and back. Roads were pretty decent but gave it a good clean when I got back.
Did you hear me?

After rattling around on my Enfield for the last couple of days , today I took the Breva 750 to Hook head lighthouse in the Sunny southeast , although it wasn't ( sunny).   It felt like a comfortable armchair with great brakes after the EnfieldLOL.     230 mile round trip in a balmy 50 deg F  .. although the mid  90's relative humidity made it feel cooler.

Keep smiling , it makes people wonder what you've been up to!

Well I took my loop for a round trip of just 70 odd miles to join the tractor rally at the Six Bells in Chidingly East Sussex. Not sure how many tractors but last year it was 114! My loop fitted in nicely with all the other tractors and got fair bit of attention.  Nice little winter spin and nice clear roads.

Cheers Ian

Had a quick run to the coast and back, just 70 mile or so in total. Here's a morning shot of Southport Lanc's completely deserted.

Not very exciting - put mine to bed for the winter: SORN and battery charger!

Got a few things to do over the winter like a service and investigate the handlebar wobble.

Well, nothing really Guzzi related (apart from driving past Jerry Atric's place and going, "My old Cali's in there somewhere!") but a cracking day trail riding round Salisbury Plain yesterday with Wilt's TRF on the Baker's run (start at a baker's, loads of pies for lunch and finish at a pub). A bit stiff today and need to get the jetwash out . . .

Decided to kill 2 birds with one stone and visit Wroxham on t' broads. I'm planning some pike fishing there soon, so a trip on the Cali seemed sensible. Thermals on and seal the cracks (wind whistles down my neck and up my back) then fire her up. First time prod and she woke up - I assume she's running rich like a lot of old fuel injected Guzzis and she doesn't need much choke. Thats where I was going wrong - flooding her.
Anyhoo, plug the old satnav in and off down the A11,A47 and follow the twisties to Wroxham. I opened her up to 90 (kmh officer) for a mile or 2 and she felt great. There and back nowt untoward except the usual neutrals. Good to have her sat at 3000rpm and just chill out. Loving it.
Work and back on the 750 superdream but funnin' on the CaliBig smile
Due to italian electrickery I am saying nowt. Still stuck with the bloody Honda
