V85TT standard suspension regulation

   Hi, in the manual for the standard regulation to the fork suspensions and rear shocks they say what should be the standard preload compression in Bars, but they do not mention what is the regulation to attain those bars.
Anybody can tell me how many turns on the spring preload in the fork correspond to 1 bar? starting from fully closed.

And how many turns correspond on the rear shock 1 bar, 3 bars and 7 bars? starting from fully closed.
