I have managed to upload pictures but I would be interested to know how to insert arrows and circles on to the pictures and at what stage to do it.
Please bare in mind that my computing skills are borderline beginner and I will not understand many of the technical terms  CHRIS |

I use a free program called paint.net. Does most of what photoshop etc do but more basic. |

I think Microsoft Paint, which come with Windows will also do it. |

Thanks very much for replies Paint seems to be a lot easier after some interesting experimenting and it`s basic enough for me
Is it possible to insert text on to a picture as there is a text section in Paint but no instruction on how to use it or what its for CHRIS |

Just looked at Windows Paint (Windows 10) Yes there is a text function, click the 'A', put the cursor 'I' where you want it to start, start typing  |
